Michael & Hyesun Taylor

Our Story

For 25 years, I’ve been managing web hosting for businesses, churches, and nonprofits. Over time, we naturally gravitated toward Korean organizations. We understood the community, the cultural nuances, the way decisions were made, and what mattered most to these clients. We spoke the language, both literally and figuratively.

Eventually, we stopped pretending to be everything to everyone. In 2025, my wife Hyesun and I created Korerium to formalize what had already become our reality. We work exclusively with Korean small businesses, churches, and nonprofits because that’s where we do our best work.

Hyesun focuses on Korean client relations and business development, ensuring clear communication and genuine understanding of each organization’s needs. I handle the technical infrastructure, drawing on 25 years of hosting experience to provide reliable, expertly managed service.

We’re based in New Orleans, Louisiana with a satellite office in Daejeon, South Korea. This positioning gives us something most hosting companies can’t offer: we understand both American technical infrastructure and Korean culture and communication. We bridge both worlds.

We’re not trying to scale to thousands of clients. We’re focused on doing exceptional work for the people who value it. We offer full bilingual support because clear communication matters. We understand Korean culture and business practices. And we’re selective about who we work with because that’s the only way to maintain this level of service.

If you’re looking for someone who treats your organization’s online presence with the respect it deserves, we should talk.

Our Fundamentals

Mission Statement

To provide Korean small businesses, churches, and nonprofits with reliable, expertly managed hosting and web services through personalized care and bilingual support.

Vision Statement

To be the trusted technology partner for Korean communities, where quality service and genuine relationships matter more than scale.

Our Values

  • Quality over quantity

We choose our clients carefully. We can’t serve everyone well, so we focus on serving fewer clients exceptionally.

  • Integrity in service
We’re transparent about what we do, how we do it, and what it costs. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no overselling.
  • Respect for community
We understand Korean culture and business practices. We communicate in both English and Korean. We know what matters to you.
  • Excellence in craft
Twenty-five years of experience means we’ve seen everything. We know how to build sites right, host them properly, and fix problems quickly.
  • Personal accountability
When you call, you talk to us. When something breaks, we fix it. Your success matters to us because we’re invested in this community.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t chase growth for growth’s sake. We don’t automate everything to maximize profit. We don’t treat clients like ticket numbers. We don’t promise things we can’t deliver. If you want a partner who operates differently, let’s talk.
