6. Software Updates

When you purchase Korerium software, you own that license permanently and will receive all future updates free of charge, including major version releases. We recommend keeping your software up to date to ensure the best performance and security. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions with reasonable notice.

7.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Korerium does not store your payment information directly.

7.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all software purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at support@korerium.com and we will process a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

8. No Account Required

Korerium software does not require you to create an account. All processing occurs entirely on your device. Korerium does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, file content, or usage information. Your files never leave your machine.

9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Korerium software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korerium disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of our software.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Korerium LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the software giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Korerium LLC and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third party rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to use our software at any time if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our software and delete all copies in your possession.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us in good faith at legal@korerium.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Korerium LLC regarding your use of our software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
