GPS Location Coordinates

The exact location where your photo was taken, including latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, and direction of travel.

Street Address

The physical address derived from your GPS coordinates, shown before stripping so you see exactly what your photo reveals.

Device Make, Model, and Serial Number

The manufacturer, model name, lens details, and unique identifier of the device used to capture the image.

Date and Time

The exact date and time the photo was captured, which can reveal your daily patterns and routines.

Software and Firmware

The name and version of any app, software, or firmware used to capture or edit the image.

Ownership and Copyright Fields

Any embedded author, copyright, or keyword information attached to the image.

Maker Notes

Manufacturer-specific data written by the camera or app at capture time.

All Other Embedded Metadata

Platform notes

  • The Mac app strips metadata automatically. iPhone and iPad require a manual strip step so you can review what is embedded before removing it.
