- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or participation in botnets
- Port scanning, network probing, or security testing without authorization
2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or text messages
- Operating email lists without proper opt-in procedures
- Harvesting email addresses or contact information without consent
- Using purchased or rented email lists
- Spoofing email headers or forging sender information
- Operating websites that promote or facilitate spam activities
2.4 Abusive or Harmful Content
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of individuals or groups
- Defamation, libel, or intentionally false information
- Content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors
- Promotion of self-harm or suicide
- Excessive profanity or obscene content without age restrictions
2.5 Phishing and Deceptive Practices
- Phishing websites or communications designed to steal credentials or personal information
- Impersonating individuals, businesses, or organizations
- Creating fake or misleading websites
- Operating pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing scams, or similar fraudulent schemes
- Deceptive advertising or false claims
2.6 Adult and Sexually Explicit Content
- Pornography or sexually explicit material (unless specifically authorized in writing)
- Adult entertainment services or escort services
- Any content involving minors in a sexual context
Note: We do not provide hosting for adult content websites. Contact us if you have questions about content restrictions.
2.7 Excessive Resource Usage
- Using excessive server resources that negatively impact other clients
- Running resource-intensive applications without prior approval
- Cryptocurrency mining or similar activities that consume excessive CPU or bandwidth
- Operating file-sharing or torrent services
- Storing or distributing large media files unrelated to your website’s purpose
- Running proxy services or VPN services without authorization
2.8 Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations
- Hosting or distributing pirated software, music, movies, or other copyrighted content
- Operating websites that facilitate copyright infringement
- Using licensed software, images, or content without proper authorization
- Violating trademark rights or passing off goods or services as those of another
2.9 Other Prohibited Activities
- Operating gambling websites or online casinos (unless properly licensed)
- Selling counterfeit goods or services
- Violating privacy laws or regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Interfering with or disrupting our infrastructure or other clients’ services
- Reselling our services without written authorization
- Using our services to compete directly with our business
3. Content Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your account, including:
- Ensuring all content complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, and rights for your content
- Maintaining accurate and appropriate content on your website
- Promptly removing any content that violates this AUP or applicable law
- Responding to legal notices, DMCA takedown requests, or abuse complaints
4. Security Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and website:
- Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly
- Keep all software, plugins, and themes updated
- Install and maintain appropriate security measures
- Monitor your account for unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Promptly report security incidents or vulnerabilities to us
- Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
5. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations)
- Copyright and intellectual property laws
- Anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, etc.)
- Consumer protection laws
- Industry-specific regulations applicable to your business
6. Reporting Violations

- Your activities involve child exploitation, terrorism, or other serious crimes
8. DMCA and Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send a notice to:

9. No Monitoring Obligation

However, we will respond to valid complaints and enforce this AUP when violations are brought to our attention.

11. Modifications to This Policy
