Refunds & Delivery
1. Digital Delivery
All Korerium products are delivered digitally. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your license key and a secure download link. Delivery is immediate in most cases. If you do not receive your download within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@korerium.com.
2. No Physical Shipping
Korerium does not sell or ship physical goods of any kind. No shipping fees will ever be applied to your order. All products are macOS applications delivered as digital downloads directly to you.
3. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our software. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
3.1 Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Refunds apply to one-time purchase products only
- Each license is eligible for one refund request
3.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@korerium.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3.3 Refunds After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We are a small company and we aim to be fair. If you have a legitimate concern, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
4. License Revocation Upon Refund
Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and your right to use the software will be terminated. You agree to delete all copies of the software from your devices upon receiving your refund.
5. Defective or Non-Functioning Software
If our software fails to function as described due to a defect or compatibility issue, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 30-day window.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us immediately at support@korerium.com and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
